Writing " The Present "

Hello fellow viewers. Today I have made a blog post on the writing we have been doing. It is called The Present. Here is the link.

As the sun drops down into the horizon at the speed of a snail. Danial is attracted to his video game. As Danial is playing his video game , his mum opens the door to the house and is delighted to see her son, but is disappointed that he is still playing his video game. Danial's mum says to let some sunlight in because it is dark in the room. But Danial doesn’t listen so his mum does it. Danial doesn’t like that but he is distracted by his video game. Then his mum tells him to open the present she got for Danial. Danial is surprised that it is for him so he says to his mum “For me?”

But Danial’s mum is on the phone so she doesn’t respond, so he turns off his Xbox Series X and puts the controller on the table. Danial starts to open the box when suddenly a dog jumps out of the box! Danial picks the dog up and examines it, he is so happy until he realizes that the dog is missing a leg. Danial chucks the dog onto the floor. Danial frowns, but the dog seems to be happy but at the same time, he is confused. The dog turns around and jumps onto Danial but Danial kicks the dog and replies “ Get lost!”

The dog rolls onto his back and struggles to get back up. Suddenly the dog spots something, it's a ball! He gets up on to his three legs and runs to the ball but crashes into the cupboard. The dog shakes his head and makes his way under the cupboard, grabbing the ball and rolling it to Danial. Danial kicks the ball away into a box and the dog runs after it but keeps on falling down and tripping up but finally falls into the box. The box flips, and the dog keeps on crashing into the wall and then into the TV Cabinet. Then the box flips and the dog keeps on barking because the ball is gone. Danial laughs at the dog's positive energy, and forgets it has a missing leg, so he frowns again but turns and looks at the dog jumping onto the ball. Danial looks at the dog and the dog comes over to Danial and drops the ball Danial smiles and grabs the ball and puts it into his pocket. The dog is confused but suddenly, Danial gets up and puts the ball in his pocket. Danial also has a missing leg. He stands up and calls to his mum "Mum, well be outside"

Danial opens the door and plays fetch with the dog.
